Band-A-Thon - Day 8 - Splurge Stratigically

Uh, no. This is not for me.  I have a hard enough time getting good food in me without resorting to slider foods.  


Well, I've got a plan for the week.  Breakfasts (such as they are), lunches and four dinners are made. I'm starting to carpool again tomorrow which will hopefully give me more energy (the drive home is a killer).  We' re meeting up just a few miles from my gym so I'm planning on getting in some good gym time.  Shoes and sports bra are right next to the bed for tomorrow morning's walk ... 


No place to go but down :)
