I don't think I have ten things

1.  Do you count coffee/tea as 'water'?


2.  Gym workout yesterday - 22 mins on elliptical (3 min cool down) and 30 mins treading water.


3.  Today - 23 mins on elliptical (2 min cool down) and 30 mins treading water.


4.  Both last night and tonight - not really able to eat toast with eggs/chz/bacon casserole (slime).  Now, it needs to be tossed (literally). 


5.  Am recalling (sorry, I don't remember where I read this): the band is different every day with every food for every one.


6.  Scale is not moving and I don't care at this point.


7.  Have been to the gym every day since Mon 12/19 with the exception of Cmas.


8.  Looking forward to New Years Day's tv marathon of Once Upon A Time ... need to rewatch the pilot.


9.  Thinking about my 2012 mantra.


10. I can't believe I'm not going on a friends vacation this year.  Which is is post/bitch for another time.

  3. #1 - No, I don't count caffeinated beverages as water. Caffeine is a diaretic and actually causes dehydration.
    #7 - SO proud of your gym dedication. You are a freaking rockstar Missy!!
    #8 - Love Once upon a Time. Such an adorable show with interesting characters.
