I guess I do need that fill ...

Was not hungry today until after I got home about an hour ago (745pm).  Did not work out or tread water (pouring rain all day).

Salad for dinner consisted of:

A ton of lettuce
1/3 of a cuc
6 cherry tomatoes
1 oz of feta chz
1 oz of ff feta chz
3 oz of grilled chix
2 tbl of greek dressing

And I ate it all.  Yes, I'm sure I am not suppose to be able to eat all of that !

  1. Yep, I think maybe a fill may be in order! It's a shame you didn't get to tread water...

  2. Hi Cece, thank you so much for being one of my new followers! And now, I'm one of yours! Your blog is so entertaining, I found myself laughing out loud on several occasions whilst I read it all last night. Hope the fill goes well! x

  3. I had a Cobb Salad last night and was able to eat most of it. I think the problem with salad is that once you put dressing on it, it becomes a slider for some people. That seems to be the case for me anyway.

  4. You're probably right...but don't just make the decision based on one meal (I know that the amount I can eat can fluctuate from meal to meal and day to day). Take a look at what you have eaten over the past several days...if it has been too much or if the correct amounts aren't keeping you satisfied then definately go for the fill.

  5. I can't really eat a lot of lettuce anymore! But I also have 7.5ccs But all of the stuff in a salad is what I like!

But you know some days I can eat more then others!

  6. Sounds pretty normal for someone with not much in their band, I wouldn't worry about it. :)

  7. Girl, I TOTALLY feel you on this one - I think I need a fill too. I made awesome chicken fajitas today, and had about 4 oz chicken, 1 oz low fat cheese, 1/2 cup veggies, 2 tbsp lf sour cream, 2 tbsp salsa...I even used a small plate, and technically, it really only adds up to a cup/cup and a half of food, but I could eat it all, really quickly. I'm two weeks out from my first fill, and maybe it will magically kick in tomorrow, but I doubt it! 2 weeks till my next one...you go girl!
