Oh it is about time !

The scale moved !  I had been in the last decade for two months ! And then bouncing around with 3 lbs for the past month.  Maybe those who said: oh yes, when you start working out - you will gain weight/stay the same were right??

Last fill seems to be okay.  I got sick yesterday after lunch (like I had never gotten sick before so I don't know if it was just bad food - but I go to this diner all of the time or it was me/the band) but seem to be fine now.

Working out - yes, every day this week (and I'll be going later today and tomorrow morning).  

Starting weight: 291.6
This morning (and have been for a few days): 239.2

A Christmas and band miracle.
