First off - what brand shoes do you wear to workout? Mine are dead (I'm proud to say) and I am looking for recommendations.
I continue to have 'faith' (my January word) that everything will work out but I am struggling at work, with depression and am not making the best food choices. I log the food, work out and have faith.
Met friends for dinner tonight. It's nice not to freak out with the clothes issue ~ I have clothes that fit :)
Wow, this isn't much of a catch up post ... missing my blog-pals ...

miss you too! XoXo
ReplyDeleteI wear new balance cos I have a wide foot or did anyway, I hope you are feeling better soon xx
ReplyDeleteI wear Nike trail runners. Winter blues are the worst! This year I am not a bad with depression as last year and I know it's the exercise. Just focus on moving....forget about the food...winter is survival mode for depression. Be kind to yourself.
ReplyDeleteMiss you!
ReplyDeleteI have no real recommendations for shoes... maybe go to a store that fits for workout shoes. :)
We miss you too!!
ReplyDeleteMy workout shoes are Asics. I have bought my last few pairs for Road Runner Sports.net (I think that is the website) they have this cool little fit guide that shows you what type of support you need depending on your foot is. I seriously love my shoes that I have bought from them. :)
I don't really work out but when I finally do I have Nike's=very lightweight and cute. Yay for clothes that fit!
ReplyDeleteI miss you too, Cece!! Glad to see you pop in. Winter depression is the worst, I feel for you honey. Sending you much love and hugs, and I have faith that all will work out...xoxoxo JRD
ReplyDeleteWhen I got fitted for running shoes Brooks fit me best and I've been loyal ever since. Pop into a running store and get fitted.
ReplyDelete((hugs))
I love Saucony or Ryka. My Sauconys were very comfy to walk and run in. I just bought Ryka because they have a better insert but they aren't as comfy.
ReplyDeleteHugs. I am sorry you are struggling.
ReplyDeleteWe miss you too! I hear you on the clothes! I went to a party on Saturday night and usually that would involve a day of shopping to find something, ANYTHING, that would look suitable. Not this time. Spent about 15 minutes in my closet deciding what to wear and didn't stress a bit.
ReplyDeleteI wear New Balance...they seem to fit my foot the best. We miss seeing you on here...sorry you are struggling right now ((HUGS))
ReplyDeleteI love adidas, but only because that's the only brand that fits my wide ass feet. Way to go on wearing yours out! I'd call that a great NSV!
ReplyDeleteI have Nike's Air Max '95. They are fairly wide in the front. My toes definitely need wiggle room when i'm working out. The blues are ok. Everyone gets them every once in a while. Just hang in there.
ReplyDeleteAsics. love 'em! good for cross-training.
ReplyDeletetake care :)
