November 22 - Thankful For: the Lapband

My official weigh in day is Thursday but this news couldn't wait. Now, typically I'm no fan of the scale preferring to look for NSVs but hitting the 50 lb milestone was worth shouting from the roof top ! Today, I am thankful for the Lapband.

Hey! The scale victories can sometimes taste even sweeter than the NONscale victories. Good for you! What an amazing milestone!
