November 28 - Thankful For: Cool Gym I Found

It finally happened.  I started my 7 day no charge trial for the awesome gym I found.  I admit, it was peer pressure :)  Maria (http://lasttrainoutoffatland.blogspot.com/) is a member so if Maria is ... well, then I want to be :)    I'm telling you you ... Cat and Maria are just that cool .. they got me to get my bun to the gym

Please be seated for the following announcement:
Recumbent bike: 30 mins.
Treadmill: 30 mins.
Elliptical: 5 mins (I just wanted to see if I could do it without dying).

THEN:
I went back this evening for 60 mins of pool time (I would think 45 mins of treading, 15 mins of faux swimming and pool-walking).

Who am I?

  8. Great job! I love the elliptical, stay on it a little longer next time, you'll be TOTALLY glad you did. It tones up your booty and thighs... and once you get past the first like 15 minutes, it's no big deal!

Also, way better for your knees than the treadmill, and you burn more calories. :)

  9. OMG Cece!! So proud of you and I KNEW you wouldn't die. Like Ronnie suggested, keep working at the elliptical, it's fantastic for bum and thighs! Just slow it down a bit if you need to. Also remember to push down with your heels and try not to go up on your toes.
