I subscribe to something on FB (an organizing site) but for the month of April, the writer is having/posting a Weigthloss-A-Thon. That got me to thinking ... I have simply GOT to get back to the basics (not just post about them but DO them) so for the next 30 days, I will be hosting my own Band-A-Thon ...
Tomorrow, day 1. Food is all prepared and will be logged into MyFitnessPal (I used to use that thing religiously!!). Better yet - I've just logged it in :)
