What's your favorite workout tune?

Before I get started yakking - could you share with me your favorite workout-pump me up tune?  I was jamming this morning to Marky Mark - Good Vibrations ...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-eSN8Cwit_s

Weekend away with a g-friend was a good time !  No gastro-intestinal problems (which was my primary concern). Brought my own hummus, cheese, yogurt, eggs and I counted out 16 wheat thins (and pulverized them by chew-chew-chewing them) which was a vacation miracle unto itself.  Did I mention that my g-friend brought a box of chz-its and I did not even flinch.  Had a few salt & pepper potato chips (again chew-chew-chewed it to pulverization).  Three movies, four magazines, two naps and two sunsets = all good.

Trying to go to Germany to see my sister and precious niece and nephew.  Off to stalk the Delta Europe sale.  And after the news of the Dow today - wth - I'm better off investing in my happiness today rather than skinny retired self in 20 years minus 7 days :)
