Well, that was that. Sunday night dinner with the Sweetie: grilled chicken Caesar salad and a Mike's Hard Limeaide. Will probably have a Skinny Cow sandwich in a few.
Tomorrow is Independence Day. I like the idea that I'm starting this whole pre-op diet on 7/5. I'm thinking about what Independence Day 2012 will look like ... I want it to look like this: health, control and shorts. I'm not even hoping for arms that will see the light of day - maybe that will come for Independence Day 2013.
