Over 5 months of hoops and waiting and the big day is finally here. I'm leaving shortly for my folk's house and then the hospital. Check in is 930am with surgery at 1130am. Didn't sleep all that well last night but I feel good today.
Scale victory - down 10.2 lbs during pre-op
NSV - finally starting a blog to document this loooonnng (time coming) and looooong journey to health. As my PCP said - you've really never known health and nutrition - have you? And the answer is simply - no.
I keep forgetting to thank my awesome followers and say - if I am not following your blog -- please let me know !
I'll try to get back on soon to let you know how I'm doing. Next time you hear from me ... I'll be with Band ... her name is Betty !
